I currently offer EMDR-informed treatment supported by ongoing consultation, which means your care is approached with both a structured clinical framework and added professional guidance as I complete the training process. Treatment is always paced collaboratively and begins with a strong focus on safety and stabilization; building grounding skills, resourcing, and emotional regulation so you feel supported and prepared. When it is clinically appropriate, we will transition into EMDR processing guided by your pace with clear check-ins, and a consistent plan for closure and integration. My goal is to provide warm, attentive care that helps you feel more present, steady, and in control, while making meaningful progress toward lasting relief.

Ellia Michalski is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University in San Diego California. Ellia offers individual therapy and marriage counseling. She offers in-office, video, and phone therapy.
