About Aaron Feibush, Therapist, Marriage and Relationship Counselor, and Life Coach in Voorhees NJ

I take a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, focusing on understanding you, your needs, and the strengths and inner resources you already possess. I believe therapy begins with creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel genuinely heard and understood. From there, we work together to challenge unhelpful thoughts, change patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back, and face difficult emotions with greater confidence and self-awareness.

I help adults overcome anxiety, depression, addiction, marriage, and relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and other life challenges. My therapeutic approach draws from person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Rather than relying on a single approach for everyone, I tailor our work to the individual and what will be most useful in helping you move forward.

I don't believe that coming to therapy necessarily means something is "wrong" with you. Therapy can simply be part of taking care of yourself—much like other things we do to maintain our physical and emotional well-being. Life continually presents us with new challenges, and having a place to talk openly, gain perspective, and develop healthier ways of responding can make a meaningful difference.

Therapy doesn't have to be serious every minute, either. Important work can happen through laughter and genuine human connection just as much as through sharing life's more difficult emotions. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship in which there is room for both.

Aaron provides individual therapy, marriage and relationship counseling, and life coaching. Aaron Feibush is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. He offers in-office, video, and phone therapy.
