Change Your Life -

Using a person-centered approach, we use cognitive therapy to identify your faulty thinking and negative core beliefs. As your thoughts influence your emotions, and your emotions affect your behaviors, you'll learn to recognize this pattern. When you do, your life will change dramatically. You'll learn to choose your behaviors instead of simply reacting to situations as they happen.

Your therapist will use psychodynamic therapy to explore the origins of emotional problems. In therapy, we examine past trauma and life experiences to discover how they impact you today. Together, we will work to resolve depression, anxiety, and other mental health problems.

On Marriage Counseling and Couples Therapy - “Rebuilding your marriage requires a commitment to repairing a broken friendship and learning to listen to your partner. Are you ready to commit to working with your therapist to fix your relationship?”

On Building Self-Worth - “When your sense of self-worth is dependent on things outside of yourself, such as financial success, your sense of self becomes unstable. This is called co-dependence and can be resolved in therapy.”
